I've had many different kinds of Birria and this is truly one of the best. The consume and hot sauce are very flavorful and delicious. The pickled onions are a fantastic twist to the usual cilantro and onion topping, which they provide an extra serving for those who want more. They were served piping hot and very quick service. Meat was tender, juicy, and well seasoned. The cheese was melty and just the right amount. The tortillas were crisp and flavorful. I'll be ordering here anytime I'm back and plan on being a frequent customer while I'm still here on the island. Absolutamente perfecta. ”
“ I went on a whim after hearing a bartender asking if anyone ordered from Gaga's. The food was FANTASTIC. I had the quesadilla which was HUGE. It was chicken with various veggies (and cheese of course). Each table had a small bottle of home-made hot sauce which was perfect--gave it a bit of heat but not too much. I could only eat 3/4 of it so took the rest home. Lovely owners, cute restaurant, excellent food. Visit them today!! ”
“ Great little restaurant down a side narrow path/street. The owner (I think) was incredibly accommodating for our large group. Pretty much had every possible seat filled at one point and the food still came out in a very timely manner. Friendly service ”
